We are looking for 4 Sales Representative to join our team across Germany and promote innovative diabetes management products and services. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).,

Promote and Sell: Introduce our first-in-category diabetes management system to new customers.

Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Drive Prescriptions: Increase the prescribing of our diabetes management system.

Customer Engagement: Actively pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.

Educate and Demonstrate: Educate customers on our products and services, and demonstrate how our system works.

Strategize: Implement and adjust territory account plans and strategies as needed.

Meet Targets: Aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.

Support HCPs: Provide follow-up support to healthcare professionals, including responding to product queries and issues.

Market Intelligence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on market intelligence.
Ihr Profil

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Degree in a relevant life science field or equivalent experience.

Experience in selling insulin products or other products within the diabetes market is a plus.

Knowledgeable in the diabetes management market, typically obtained through education and sales experience.

Valid Driving Licence.

Proficiency in the local language, with English language skills being a plus.
