Ihre Aufgaben

• Independent handling of general legal issues, with a particular focus on data protection and compliance

• Supporting and advising our business units and subsidiaries at home and abroad

• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

• Drawing up sample contracts and guidelines and adapting them to current legal requirements

• Actively and continuously advising the specialist departments on issues as well as coordinating external advisors

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed studies in business law (LL.B. required, but LL.M. desirable) or law (1st state law examination, but degree in law desirable)

• Interest in a broad range of legal advisory work and in the area of data protection

• Initial professional experience, preferably in the legal department of a company or in a law firm specialising in commercial law.

• If you are not yet an expert in the area of data protection, we are of course prepared to offer you appropriate training / further education and to support you in this.
