As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives for our Industrial Automation (IA) business unit in Germany. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership.

In this role, you will impact the success of our IA business unit in Germany by driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
