Ihre Aufgaben

• Daily preparation of the mise en place

• Checking the stock and clearing the delivery

• Preparation of various national and international dishes

• Active participation in the daily workflow in the kitchen

• Order and assistance in the entire kitchen area

• Support in the realisation of tasks and goals

• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene standards according to HACCP

Ihr Profil

• Completed vocational training as a chef or cook

• Enjoyment of the profession & commitment

• Willingness for further training

• Enjoy preparing food

• Flexibility & ability to work under pressure

• Reliability & sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently

• Clean & well-groomed appearance
