We are the Pet Food Division of Symrise's Taste, Nutrition & Health Segment, combining our expertise to provide responsible and integrated solutions for the food and beverage, pet food and aquaculture markets. We have developed partnerships with players at all levels of the value chain to ensure the optimal well-being of pets. In turn, this improves the satisfaction of pet owners and supports the performance of our customers' brands. We offer a range of products and services to improve dog and cat nutrition, palatability and protection. We operate sites in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, as well as Latin and North America. This global reach enables us to build close relationships with market players and create tangible synergies with them.
Your role
Internal communications
Strategic collaboration: Works with senior management and the head of communications to develop messages on corporate strategy and key projects.
Team engagement: Builds initiatives to involve Pet Food Division teams in the life of the company and projects, in collaboration with regional communications managers.
Sharing projects: Liaises with head office teams to share company projects and initiatives, including those relating to CSR, with Pet Food Division teams.
Information management: Manages the information distributed on the network of screens in all sites worldwide.
Departmental support: Assists departments with their communication needs.
External digital communication Digital tools: Selects, implements and manages the digital communication tools needed to support the communication strategy (website, blogs, social networks, etc.).
Performance monitoring: Supervises the performance monitoring of digital platforms.
Technology watch: Researches the latest digital and social media platforms available on the market and assesses their relevance to the company.
Ihr Profil
Higher education specialising in communications. Proven expertise in internal, external and corporate communications. Solid command of digital platforms and tools currently being developed on the market. Basic technical understanding of platform design and hosting. Excellent writing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Versatility and adaptability to a variety of environments and projects. Fluent English essential for writing content and working with our international teams.
