Ihre Aufgaben

International Exposure: Participate or lead sub-projects for supply chain topics with a focus on order processing.

Optimize Order to Cash process: Coordinate the standardization of processes, define technological improvements, and create digital solutions.

Subject Matter Expert: Strong expertise in SAP/systems (SD module). Develop or incorporate state-of-the art order practices and bring outside-in knowledge. Have an overview about main improvement lever and define priorities for further process development.

Global Guidance: Support and train the countries and regions and accompany the local organizations within change management activities.

Benchmarking and Reporting: Provide and monitor KPIs, analysis and benchmarks to the management to achieve cost savings in the order processing.
Ihr Profil

Educational Background: A relevant academic degree in business administration with focus on Supply Chain/Engineering/IT or any equivalent professional qualification.

Professional Experience in Order Processing: Proven experience in the development, improvement and implementation of Order Management Processes.

IT Know-how: Preferably strong knowledge of SAP ERP especially the SD module.

Understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process and its relevant stakeholders.

Strong Communication Skills: High assertiveness and customer centric thinking.

Willingness to learn: Practical thinking as well as hands-on mentality in problem solving.

Proficient in German and English and the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
