We're looking for a strong, empathetic, and motivated leader, ready to roll up their sleeves and drive our talent acquisition efforts in Europe. Based in Heusenstamm, Germany, this role sits is at the heart of our recruiting operations, helping us meet the growing needs of a complex and evolving business in the supply chain and logistics industry. You'll lead a dedicated team of 10 recruiters in 6 countries, collectively supporting hiring across 16 countries, and play a key role in making our hiring processes more cohesive and scalable.
What You'll Do

Lead a Region-Wide Recruiting Team: Guide, support, develop, and mentor a team of recruiters, driving them to excel in sourcing for roles that include service technicians, engineers, and software developers, critical to our product and service innovations.

Standardize and Scale Recruiting Processes: Simplify and unify recruiting processes across EMEA to help us operate seamlessly across country lines. With standardized workflows, the team can more effectively meet rising demand across the region.

Develop Future Talent Leaders: Invest in the growth of your team by identifying and developing high-potential recruiters to become leaders within Talent Acquisition over the next 12-18 months.

Strengthen Relationships Across Functions: Work closely with hiring managers in supply chain, software, and logistics to align on hiring needs and strategic objectives.

Reduce External Recruiting Dependency: Build the in-house team to reduce our reliance on third-party agencies, adding efficiency and decreasing costs.

Collaborate Globally: Engage with your peers in executive search, program management, talent operations, and branding as part of our global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE), ensuring a unified approach to hiring.
Ihr Profil

Experience: 8+ years in recruiting, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Regional experience in a multi-country role is a strong plus.

Skills: crafting regional recruiting strategies, mentoring teams, and standardizing processes across diverse markets.

Flexibility: Adaptable, with the ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time across the EMEA region and attend meetings with other German colleagues in the Frankfurt and Aschaffenburg offices.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, data-driven recruiting and performance management, direct-sourcing, and business partnership.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Languages: Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
