Ihre Aufgaben


As Junior Manager - CapEx and Project Operations (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our operational proccesses for capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and related operations. This role will focus on capacity management, operational excellence, and project execution, ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and budgetary constraints. This requisition is a fulltime position to be located within our Global Headquater in Holzminden, Germany.

CapEx Management

  • You plan, manage, and monitor CapEx budgets and expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • You identify deviations from project plans or objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize CapEx projects.

    Project Management:

  • You develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for CapEx initiatives.

  • You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • You conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.

    Capacity & Operations Management:

  • You analyze operational processes and capacity requirements to ensure infrastructure aligns with growth strategies.

  • You optimize resource allocation for projects, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  • You monitor performance metrics and recommend operational improvements.

    Reporting and Presentations:

  • You prepare and present project updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • You create visually compelling and data-driven presentations using tools like Microsoft Suite and BI tools.

  • You provide clear and concise documentation for project plans, approvals, and post-project evaluations.



Ihr Profil


  • You successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

  • You are proficient with project management tools such as MS Project and methodologies.

  • You have strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and macros.

  • You are experienced in managing operations and working in production environments.

  • You are familiar with operations management and capacity planning techniques.

  • You have the ability to align projects with broader organizational goals and adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

  • You have the strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
