As Manager Regulatory Affairs Flavor (m/f/d) you'll be leading one of our Regulatory Affairs Flavor EAME teams located in Germany within our Food & Beverage Division. This role combines leadership, regulatory expertise, and project management to ensure the effective handling of customer requests and compliance requirements. We're looking for a colleague to be located within our Global Headquater in Holzminden.

You lead and manage a team based in Holzminden alongside remote employees.

You foster a collaborative and efficient working environment and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for team members.

You're responsible for the cost center planning.

You process and manage flavor-related customer inquiries for oral care and pharma products.

You ensure efficient, transparent, traceable, and verifiable review of formulation and material data changes from a regulatory perspective.

You collaborate with Order Management to ensure the timely creation of shipping documents, including veterinary certificates and special label information.

You provide necessary information for product registration with domestic and foreign authorities.

You build, apply, maintain, and further develop processes related to regulatory and flavor support tasks.

You keep the team informed on relevant legal updates or changes regarding beverages.

You support customer audits by providing required documentation and expertise.

You contribute to the development of specifications, guidelines, work instructions, and manuals.
Ihr Profil

You have proven experience in team leadership, preferably in the flavor or pharmaceutical industry.

You have strong knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements for oral care and pharma products.

You have excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

You are familiar with tools and databases related to formulation and regulatory processes.

Your are an effective communicator with interpersonal skills for team and customer interaction.

You are fluent in both German and English.
