• Several years of experience in software development, architecture or technical project leadership
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in an agile, product-oriented organization
• Experience and end-to-end understanding of software and processes in a large scale, high volume, omni-channel retail or ecommerce environment
• Preferable experience with Order Management systems like IBM Sterling, Fluentcommerce, etc.
• Knowledge in Java Enterprise and Microservices frameworks incl. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment on premise and/or cloud
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation
• Ability to structure complex topics and bringing in architectural models and translate those into software architectures and business language without losing required details
• Experience in scaling up team capacities and leading multiple teams at multiple locations
• Profound experience in facilitation and moderation of communities and support collaborative decision processes

We are searching for a seasoned Engineering and/or Project Leader/Manager (m/f/d) who has experience with Platform Engineering and Management including SAP and Cloud-native Technology Setups. Continuous Integration/Delivery, Environment Management, DevOps and Governance (security, compliance, system stack) plus the ability to guide multiple application teams deliveries within large-scale commercial platforms completes the profile we are looking for.
