• Purchasing and arbitrage of agricultural commodities for our production sites

• continuous market analysis of the relevant regional and international raw material markets

• Development of purchasing strategies with independent implementation

• independent management of commitments including risk management

• Observation and analysis of the relevant international commodity futures exchanges including strategy development

• Preparation and communication of price and market information for the sales team

• Maintenance and expansion of our supplier network

• open communication and close cooperation with other teams (logistics, QM, sales, etc.)

• Collaboration on interdepartmental projects

• national and international business trips

Ihr Profil

• You have a degree in business administration or agricultural economics, an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or comparable commercial training

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the sector

• You are goal- and result-oriented

• You define yourself as a flexible and communicative team player, you like to take responsibility and are assertive

• You are socially competent and communicative

• you are no stranger to the concept of initiative

• business fluent in written and spoken English (further foreign language skills would be an advantage)

• Willingness to travel after successful induction
