CIRCUITRY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes.

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum three to four years of experience in handling PCB plating process like Direct metallization process, Copper plating, Plating through hole, PCB panel plating, PCB Pulse Plating, Patterns plating, Tinplating process, Immersion plating process, Electroless plating process.
• Good knowledge of PCB surface cleaning and surface treatment like Cleaners, Etch process.
• Hands-on working experience of PCB surface finish process like Immersion-Tin, ENIG, OSP, HASL.
• Good knowledge of PCB lines & equipment's like Spray rinse system, PCB line flood levels, Flood bar, various roller system, dosing Pump systems etc.
• Worked in PCB plating plant to handled PCB plating line in big scale.
• Knowledge of plating process control parameters and quality tests.
• Knowledge of PCB process audits and reports writing Process trouble shootings.
• Good communicator in English & local language.
• Computer skill like operation of Microsoft office.
