Ihre Aufgaben

In 2023 BEAT81 will double its operations and you as our new Launch Manager will be a key player to achieve this ambitious plan and to ensure that we lay the foundation for our growth plans, by opening new BEAT81 locations all across Germany and offering ten thousands of customers access to a new fitness experience and a healthy lifestyle.

Our expansion team is fast, efficient, and very hands-on. Within your SWAT teams, you will need to manage and execute in a timely manner. You will cover a variety of topics from real estate acquisition to engaging local partnerships, following our Launch Playbook to the letter. Our expansion team enables speed and efficiency allowing the BEAT81 mission to spread across the Germany and beyond.,

• You will be the project owner for new studio launches

• You will execute all tasks necessary to launch a new location ranging from managing the project timeline to building up shelves

• You will be in the field launching our new studios all across Germany

• You will be fully responsible for the success and timeliness of the launch of your location

• You will help define and optimize the processes of a launch and our launch playbook

• You will work together with the central Expansion team to analyze and define the project scope

• You will be on-site for the first week after launch to ensure that our studios offer a 5 star experience for our coaches and customers

• You will communicate with many different external stakeholders and across many different internal departments e.g. suppliers, trainer recruiting, city teams, partners, etc.,

Ihr Profil

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a top tier university

• You have gained first experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startup, VC, etc.)

• You see yourself as an entrepreneur and you are eager to take the next steps - launching a new BEAT81 location is almost like launching your own startup

• You love traveling and your flexible when it comes to your working location

• You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty

• You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken German and English
