Ihre Aufgaben

• Primary focus on administration of MS365 environments.

• Responding to new features of MS365 and proactively introducing new features

• Administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• User support, focus in the area of MS365 and MDM

• Creation of documentation and guides for users

• Administration of onPremise server environment

• Evaluate IT security aspects proactively

• Proactive monitoring to ensure IT availability and security

• Distributed moderate on-call support together with other IT colleagues, Exciting area of responsibility in which you can fully contribute your knowledge and experience and develop personally; long-term perspective in a promising high-tech industry

Ihr Profil

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable technical qualification

• Knowledge in the administration of Microsoft environments, ideally with a focus on MS365

• Knowledge of network technology and IT security

• Ideally already experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)

• Ideally knowledge of PowerShell (automation in the area of IT/MS365)

• Good communication skills

• Independence and team spirit

• Systematic, structured and reliable way of working

• Business fluent in written and spoken German

• Ideally business fluent in written and spoken English
