Job Brief:

We are looking for highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for web design to join our team as a UI/UX Designer. At Stefanini Group, our mission is to build beautiful designs that empower our users and help them succeed.

As a UI/UX Designer at Stefanini Group, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and creating user-centric designs that are intuitive, attractive, and functional. You will help create an overall look and feel for our web products across multiple platforms and use design to help improve the user experience of our products.

The ideal candidate is someone who has an eye for detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about learning new things and pushing design boundaries. You should have an understanding of web accessibility best practices and experience using design software (e.g. Adobe creative suite).

Responsibilities:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer

Skills Required:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in designing user interfaces

• An understanding of user experience principles and accessibility best practices

• Fluency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Team player with an eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box
