Ihre Aufgaben

• Build and improve our digital analytics tracking and analyses for all channels

• Implement conversion tracking pixels in Google Tag Manager for different tools, like Google Ads, Facebook

• Optimise the usage of the tag management system,, ensure quality assurance of our tracking, and align data flows with our data analysts

• Ensure best practices in web tracking, quality assurance, and data alignment with internal reporting

• Create and maintain reporting self-service dashboards in Tableau for key business users in SEO and CRO departments

• Closely collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Engineers in cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and KPI consistency,

Ihr Profil

• 2+ years of professional experience experience in Web tracking, Marketing Analytics or related field (preferably in a fast-growing company)

• Experience and advanced skills in: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4

• Knowledge of the data privacy requirements for tracking

• Excellent analytical skills, analytical & problem solving mindset - you like to create structure & optimise processes

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualisation tools as well as experience in SQL is a plus

• High degree of agility and independency

• You bring a hustler mentality - you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results

• Working proficiency in English
