Ihre Aufgaben


As a Global Strategic Accounts Manager at Kornit Digital, you will play a vital role in our strategic growth initiatives within a matrix organization. Working closely with the Global Strategic Accounts Manager, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, enhance customer relationships, drive projects, and foster sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, navigate complexity, and make a significant impact., 1. Support and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, regional teams and Core-HQ functions contributing to long-term partnerships and mutual success.

  • Assist in developing and executing strategic and operational plans, while considering the complexity of a matrix organization

  • Articulate and deliver value proposition through understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly

  • Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally to support customer-related projects and initiatives, and drive growth

  • Actively participate in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the strategic accounts team, utilizing data for insights and improvements

  • Establish management routines and facilitate cross functional communication



  • Ihr Profil


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years proven experience in supporting global initiatives and customer-facing projects, preferably within the multi-disciplinary or digital industry, while working in a matrix organization.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively within a complex team structure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills to address complexities in a matrix organization

  • Analytical aptitude to assist in assessing partnership performance and identifying areas for improvement, considering diverse regional factors.

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly respond to changing priorities within a matrix organization.
