Commissioning Manager Batteries North America

NETZSCH-Feinmahltechnik GmbH is one of the world's market leaders in wet processing technology offering an extensive range of products from laboratory to production sized machines and complete plants. Mixers, kneaders or dispersers for low or high-viscosity products are available for a multitude of applications just as well as a large number of wet grinding systems for different grinding tasks even down to the nanometer range.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate subcontractor's activities

• Coordinate preparation of documents and certificates related to standards (UL, ANSI) and Health & Safety (OSHA, CCOHS) if necessary

• Follow-up commissioning jobs, incidents and business trips supported by Salesforce Software

• Periodic on-site visits during specific project milestones or for in person meetings to address customer issues or concerns..

• Communicate frequently and openly with customers and our service technicians

• Coordinate Site Acceptance Tests, punch lists and handover to customer, as well as warranty and first service cases

• Document project progress and provide status updates as required with OKR's, KPI's and milestones

• Independently organize travel arrangements and submit required expense reports

• Onboarding mainly in Exton, PA, but also in Germany or Spain for up to three weeks

Ihr Profil

• Update installation and commissioning schedules

• Requires a bachelor's degree in an industry related field or equivalent experience that normally would be gained by an extensive training program or previous on-the-job experience in project management

• Ability as a strong decision maker to assess and analyze project situations for the best possible outcome with projects goals

• Good organization skills required

• Experience in Salesforce desirable

• Excellent interpersonal skills is required

• High flexibility and ability to travel 40% mostly domestic and occasionally to Canada required

• Preference for being in direct contact with customers and having strong communication skills as well as high quality standards in your work ethic
