Ihre Aufgaben

The company headquarters are located in Oberessendorf, directly on the B30 between Biberach and Ravensburg. For some years now, we maintain several sales offices and work closely together with distribution partners all over the world.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

• Examination and clarification of tax issues

• Taxation and reporting (ZM, UStVa, Z4…)

• Close cooperation with tax advisors and authorities

• Independent processing and management of bookkeeping incl. reporting

• Recording and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices

• Account reconciliation

• Reconciliation activities within participating companies

• And much more …

Ihr Profil

• A degree in business administration with initial experience in balance sheet accounting

• Knowledge of the reporting system of the German Bundesbank in the field of foreign trade

• Experience in accounting according to Commercial Code (HGB)

• Basic knowledge of tax law

• Independent, conscientious and solution-oriented approach to work

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Innovative and self-motivated attitude

• Analytical and structured way of working
