Ihre Aufgaben
Working in close partnership with the members of the Management Team and various stakeholders across Arendt, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the Managing Partner and the General Counsel.
Your role:
Under the supervision of the Managing Partner and the General Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling meetings, organising internal and external events/ meetings, venue organisation and preparation of required documents.

Making appointments, reservations and travel arrangements for the Management Team.

Managing the time schedule and monitoring calendars to ensure that deadlines are met;

Assisting and coordinating of the administrative tasks;

Coordinating and communicating with the Business Services and Business Units in order to provide support in the preparation of documents and meetings
Ihr Profil

You have a Bachelor's degree;

You have previous professional experience with a strong background as a personal assistant used to working at senior level, ideally a first experience within a law firm;

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French; Luxemburgish is considered as a strong asset;

You are rigorous, organised, proactive, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment;

You have a higher degree of support and self-management and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
-
You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
