Ihre Aufgaben


o Align with multiple business teams to create future roadmap and delivery plan o Represent our sponsor's org effectively during discussion with other teams without any oversight o Lead customer facing workshops o Oversee design, delivery, and automation of enterprise level advanced omnichannel customer analytics deliverables to support campaign, channel, and content optimizations and marketing executive level presentation

Offshore team management o Implement the project in agile framework o Provide direction to offshore resources to develop analytics solutions across numerous data sources; ensure the team delivers solutions with quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience including identifying any data gaps o Be the liaison between the offshore team (internal) and business (client) during the entire delivery and ensure delivery is in sync with business requirements o Strong background in data & analytics to build optimal solutions o Mentor offshore team and provide a clear direction

Analytics o Perform analytics by aligning the right methodologies solutions to assess digital promotion or tactic performance, analyze customer behavior and customer journey, deep dive in vendors' analytics and optimization capabilities, conduct content analysis or modeling to optimize customer experience o Work closely with the other advanced analytics team members in the Data Analytics and Insights Group on digital analytic models, customer segmentation recommendations as needed to enhance omni-channel targeting strategy,

  • Experience working in a complex org setup with ability to lead and drive meaningful discussions Align with multiple business and IT teams to create future roadmap and delivery plan Lead and own end to end delivery of implementation project

  • Ensure delivery is in sync with client sponsor's vision and target state Ability to represent our sponsor's org effectively during discussion with other teams without any oversight Experience leading customer facing workshops

  • Perform analytics by aligning the right methodologies solutions to assess digital promotion or tactic performance, analyze customer behavior and customer journey, deep dive in vendors' analytics and optimization capabilities, conduct content analysis or modeling to optimize customer experience

10+ years of experience in Data and Analytics.

Must have 1 to 2 years Pharma experience
