Ihre Aufgaben
Ensure the security of export operations within Vossloh Switch Systems, in order to guarantee compliance with the various export control regulations.
Deploy the tools necessary for the automation and accessibility of information and provide support for the integration of regulatory requirements into business processes.
Ensure a role of coordination and interface vis-à-vis the Group Export Control directives.
Your tasks
Address issues and non-compliances with Export Control regulations/processes.
Identify and assess Export Control risks in order to secure the position of the company and its subsidiaries.
Set up and/or improve the tools necessary for the development of the automation of the dissemination of information in the field of Export Control.
Provide the necessary support for the integration of Export Control requirements into business processes.
Provide awareness and/or training to company employees on Export Control requirements.
Anticipate and manage export authorizations and be the direct interface with the Authorities (DGA, ....).
Be the direct interface during client or authority audits as well as in exchanges with law firms.
Ihr Profil
Mastery of export control regulations (French, European, American, APAC), as well as knowledge of anti-corruption regulations with appropriate writing and syntesis techniques.
Mastery of Project Management.
Fluent in French and English.
This job requires knowledge of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, as the foundation of the company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

5 minimum in Legal, Business School or Engineering School.
Minimum 2/3 years of experience in the field of export control.
Experience in industrial environment and more particularly rail infrastructure.
