Ihre Aufgaben


To support our ambitious growth and expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the dual role of Regional Finance Director APAC and Financial Shared Services Director APAC.

In this role you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence across our operations in the APAC region. This is a strategic leadership position that requires expertise in finance, accounting, and shared services management. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the financial shared services center for APAC, playing a pivotal role in its successful operation.

    In this role, you will be entrusted with the following key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business, offering direction and assistance as needed.

  • Demonstrate a strong focus and expertise in controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.

  • Offer guidance and support to the business while critically evaluating assumptions and implementation plans based on factual information.

  • Enhance transparency within the regional business, enabling effective decision-making and progress towards target objectives.

  • Act as a proactive and engaged business partner, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges to implement corrective measures.

  • Develop a robust APAC Finance organization, considering aspects such as talent development, organizational structure, processes, and systems.

  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager, supporting various functions and markets as a reliable business partner.

  • Drive growth, profitability expansion, and efficient cash conversion across the APAC region.

  • Lead the implementation of Finance Transformation initiatives, ensuring the provision of a solid system and process landscape.



Ihr Profil


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in shared services management, including process optimization, automation, and performance management.

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.

  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage change, and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience in the Logistics & Transportation industry, focusing on profitable growth.

  • Good understanding of drivers in the business and ability to act as a commercial partner.

  • Skilled in developing trusted relationships and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders during a period of transformation.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and inspire them.

  • IT affinity and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Business Warehouse solutions.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
