Quality management of the service performance, including preparation of service reports and conducting regular customer meetings

Conception and realization of customer-specific service processes within the framework of service transitions

Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field

Degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification

Strong communication skills

German and English skills at C-level according to CEFR
