Startup & Venture Services Finance Consultant

The passionate group of consultants at CoCo Finance, have been supporting startups in establishing strong finance and controlling processes since 2014. We also provide customized assistance to various venture capitalists offering professional assessments.

With a team consisting of former CFOs, Head of Finance, and Finance Specialists, we possess an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by startups, having successfully delivered over 200 projects ranging from seed to growth cases.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Conduct analysis of operational and procedural needs for new clients.

• Execute projects tailored to your expertise, such as setting up accounting processes, business plan development, designing reporting structures, implementing tools, or handling other special projects.

• Assume interim positions within the finance teams of our clients.

• Perform financial due diligence and company valuations for investors.

Ihr Profil

• A degree in business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the startup environment, with competencies in finance and accounting.

• Proven ability to drive and complete projects in dynamic environments.

• Demonstrated success in both independent and team-based work, with a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on tasks in diverse environments.

• Effective communication skills in German and English.
