Ihre Aufgaben

• Oversee the effective operation, and support of the finance systems, primarily focused on SAP ECC6 and related software.

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT service providers to ensure effective service delivery.

• Manage the overall maintenance and upgrades of the SAP finance system, ensuring it remains up-to-date, secure, and aligned with business requirements. This includes coordinating system patches, implementing enhancements, and performing system testing.

• Work closely with other teams, such as IT and data management, to ensure seamless integration of the SAP finance system with other applications and data sources. This includes managing interfaces, data transfers, and data integrity across systems.

• Monitor and analyse system performance and data integrity.

• Ensure compliance with financial procedures, systems security, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical leadership in finance system projects, driving process improvements, optimizations and system enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, such as finance, IT, and business process owners, to understand their requirements and configure/customize the SAP finance system accordingly. This involves setting up user roles, defining workflows, creating reports, and adapting the system to meet specific business needs, improve system usage and user experience.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and leverage SAP functionality to streamline and automate financial processes. Continuously evaluate existing processes, propose enhancements, and drive efficiency gains through system optimizations.

• Support end-users by resolving system issues and providing training as needed.

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely support and resolution of system-related issues.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

• Plan and manage finance system upgrades and implementations

Ihr Profil

We are currently seeking experienced and technically skilled Finance Systems Service Manager with deep understanding of SAP ECC6 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, optimization, and integration of SAP and other financial systems. You will manage external providers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, finance stakeholders, and IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of financial systems, drive process automation, and enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation and administration, deep knowledge of financial systems, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise systems.,

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification will be a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing finance systems, preferably SAP ECC6.

• Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.

• Strong understanding of financial operations and processes.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

• Proficiency in other SAP modules or related financial systems would be an added advantage
