Assist Assistant Vice President (AVP) and staff members for the Community Care and Standards office with various operational and clerical tasks

Greet individuals who enter the SU301 suite and provide assistance to inquiries as needed

Answer phone for individuals in the office suite and transfer calls to the appropriate university offices

Perform tasks such as copying, collating, stapling, scanning, and faxing documents
-
Handle deliveries and run errands on campus and within the Student Union
-
As delegated by the AVP, provide assistance and support to office areas in the Student Success pillar of the Division of Student Affairs

Cross-train with the potential to assist with FUEL NKU and the Care Closet

Create and manage social media accounts for the AVP

Complete other projects as assigned
Ihr Profil
Candidate should be dependable, possess good communication and organizational skills, be able to maintain confidentiality regarding student, staff, faculty, and administrators matters, and be proficient with Microsoft Office software. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to be dependable. Microsoft Office and basic office skills. Good communication skills.
