• Testing and commissioning of test benches and devices

• Support during assembly and service missions, Electronics technicians for devices and systems are responsible for electronically and software operated devices, systems, equipment and components from their creation to their scrapping. They assist in development and build samples. In doing so, they work according to technical drawings and circuit diagrams, some of which are also written in English. During manufacturing, they assemble, set up, wire, and connect devices and assemblies. Measurements and functional tests are then carried out using the appropriate measuring, testing and inspection techniques. During inspection and repair, they apply sometimes complex test procedures. Finally, they support users on site. IT expertise plays a major role in all work. Devices, equipment, systems and components can be: Data processing, data transmission, file input and data output devices as well as corresponding control and regulation devices, but also measuring, testing and test devices, electronic components and assemblies, transmitting and receiving systems or devices of radio technology as well as the necessary antennas, radio measuring devices, devices for image and sound transmission and other transmission systems such as teletype and telecopier devices, medical devices, but also signaling systems, emergency call and alarm systems as well as notification systems for building security and environmental protection.

  In order to acquire core competencies, training initially takes place together with the other electronics technicians. This is followed by specialist training.

  They are employed in production companies and in repair shops in manufacturing, development, test equipment construction, but also in the field in assembly and customer service.

  Training period: 3 1/2 years.

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrician.

• Gladly also with training as a state-certified technician.

Ihr Profil

• Completed studies or technician qualification in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable

• Confident handling of Windows and MS Office

• Basic programming skills, preferably in NI LabVIEW

• Experience with bus systems and interfaces (Ethernet TCP/IP, CAN bus, USB, RS232, ...)

• Electrotechnical know-how and hands-on mentality

• Willingness to learn as well as problem solving and communication skills

• Independent working style, a high degree of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team and high motivation

• Good knowledge of German and English,

• Knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology.

• Knowledge of Windows ® PC application and MS-Office ® applications.
