Services Sales is accountable for the new client business development and relationship management by initiating, managing, and closing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and orchestrating outcome-based delivery execution. An Account Executive has significant influence on the development and growth of strategic new Services business and develops and maintains effective strategic relationships in assigned account(s). They ensure business growth through business development activities and ensure they are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. Accountable for the sales or/and delivery activities for the assigned client/s. Represents the Services organization from a sales and business development perspective and is a key contributor to the overall success of the customer and partner relationships.,

Generates revenue by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Networks and connects with prospects, customers, SAP, and SF sales organizations.

Prepares territory sales plan and sales material.

Manages day-to-day sales communications.

Maintains meticulous documentation of all activities in sales tracking tools.

Closely orchestrates the sales process with a focus on the prospects' budget and timeline.

Stays abreast of all markets and competitive developments.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending ASUGs, local user groups, and the like.

Routinely visits with prospects to educate and sell.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years in professional services consulting

7+ years in HCM software sales or service sales.
