Marketing, The Growth Manager role is an exciting position in the creative marketing and communications team, focusing on insights gained from data to optimize our outreach and better target the relevant customer segments with strategic and tactical out-of-the-box solutions.
You will be the driver of growth across various channels - creating and implementing our data strategy with a focus on customer segmentation, marketing automation, and market insights. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams, you will effectively own our data lake and drive experiments to generate qualified leads that further our business growth.
What the job entails

optimize our global content distribution to drive engagement across regions

maintain our central CRM Hubspot while continuously improving data quality
-
understand and research the gains and pains of potential customers
-
identify and build funnel touchpoints and growth opportunities across our channels
-
work closely with our Head of Marketing and Communication to optimize spending on owned and paid channels against user insights and engagement.

conduct experiments to collect and automate data and measures for growth loops
-
conceive, produce, and optimize digital campaigns, interactive content creation, and animated infographics

plan, track, and optimize campaigns and budgets using appropriate metrics
-
prepare, analyze, and present monthly KPI reviews

identify, analyze and prioritize website and product features that can increase activation across the funnel
-
develop and apply a growth mindset to increase the number of inbound inquiries and industry referral
Ihr Profil
-
has 3+ years of experience working in a similar role, ideally in the mobility sector
-
can think about marketing and business challenges, strategically and across briefs, audiences and channel
-
has excellent data processing and analytics skills as well as experience with CRM and data visualisation
-
has analytical skills sufficient to project program results in advance and to track and interpret results
-
embraces the fast-paced nature of a start-up and the ability to adapt
-
has proficient computer skills and a willingness to upskill
-
is a self-starter and can oversee our automation growth
-
a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done well

A bonus

experience in an EV charging, MaaS, SaaS or b2b tech company
