As Operations Coordinator* you ensure the stable operation of our cloud apps on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You take care of timely and high-quality incident management and continuously implement improvement measures to support our processes and operating models. In your varied day-to-day work, you will process and distribute the various customer requests, working closely with project management and software development. Sounds exciting? Your tasks at sovanta

• You are responsible for independently ensuring system and application operations along the lifecycle of our applications and software products

• You will work closely with other departments and functions to ensure the availability of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and the services deployed, including monitoring the applications running on it

• You coordinate service management activities in a global, heterogeneous support structure and work closely with the development team to ensure quality compliance

• You reproduce software bugs and support the development team in bug analysis

• To ensure proper operation and maximum uptime, you drive automation and standardization significantly

• You are responsible for ensuring functional and technical documentation and knowledge-based articles

• Last but not least, you create and maintain the operational concepts

Ihr Profil

• You have a university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study

• You have professional experience in consulting or project management in national or international IT projects or have gained experience in service management

• Ideally, you are familiar with DevOps methods and have already gained experience with IT service management according to ITIL

• You have good communication skills and the ability to manage escalation paths within the organization

• You have a service- and solution-oriented way of working as well as a quick perception paired with an analytical and methodical approach to the fulfillment of SLAs

• You are willing to provide support outside of normal working hours, after prior scheduling, to cover our customers' operating hours

• You love to deal with different technologies

• Knowledge in the area of SAP solutions is a plus, not a must

• Very good English skills complete your profile
