Be part of our B2B Software Engineering team as a Software Project Lead, based in our Singapore R&D hub.
The role will plan and oversee all aspects of assigned project throughout the product development lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost. You will partner with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to create and deploy effective projects.
What you will do

Management of software development projects for various software products according to our defined software development process for medical products, including end-to-end responsibility for project scope, timeline and budget from planning to release

Interfacing and close collaboration with project stakeholders in other teams and departments outside R&D Software, such as Platform Development (systems, hardware, audiology, firmware), Program Management (TPM), Marketing and IT

Close interaction with resource providing line organizations within R&D Software

Project-related further activities such as change management, reporting, process improvement, audit preparation / participation and build management.
Ihr Profil

University Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Informatics / Business Economic Sciences or related disciplines
-
3 - 5 years of work experience as project lead / product owner / scrum master, or release manager in agile software development environment
-
Experience managing desktop application development projects, as well as web application development projects
-
Experience in a technical role as software developer, tester or architect is a plus
-
Experience in a globally distributed and multi-cultural team setups will be preferred
-
Experience with regulations applicable to medical device software development or similar regulated environments is beneficial.
