You are communicative, responsible and enjoy working with people? With your job on board, you will not only create unique experiences for our guests, but also experience your very own #WorldClassMoments around the globe.

• Supervising your own children and youth group.

• Conducting children and youth programs in accordance with TUI Cruises standards.

• Responsibility for the safety of the children and compliance with the duty of care during program and supervision times.

• Responsibility for the proper handling of available materials.

• Careful handling and maintenance of the premises.

• Maintaining constant contact with parents.

• Contract duration of your first assignment: 2 - 5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible.

• Your advancement will be based on your availability in conjunction with onboarding scheduling and is generally available year-round on any day of the month.,

Ihr Profil

• Professional experience in the field of education or a comparable educational qualification an advantage.

• Studies in teaching, social work or pedagogy are an advantage.

• Alternatively or additionally solid, provable practical experience in working with children and young people.

• Loyalty and reliability.

• Enjoy working with children and young people.

• Team player with coordination skills and sense of responsibility.

• Very good German & good English skills (spoken and written).,

• Current license as a swimming instructor.

• Qualification to take the official Seahorse badge.

• Completed vocational training in the field of social pedagogy or comparable degree is an advantage.

• Degree in teaching, social work or pedagogy is an advantage.

• Alternatively or additionally solid practical experience in working with children and young people.

• Team spirit and open-mindedness in dealing with people.

• Enjoy working with children and young people.

• Very good German & good English skills (spoken and written).
