• Independent implementation of the headhunting process for specialists and executives (permanent positions)

• Cross-selling

• Analysis of customer requirement profiles

• Advising clients on HR issues

• Writing job advertisements

• Conducting interviews with candidates and evaluation

• Passionate about consulting on all aspects of human resources

• Great level of empathy and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills in contact with candidates

• Teamwork

• Good self-organization
