Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead global and market specific market insight analysis supporting commercial decision making, product development and the definition of the company strategy

• Plan and project manage market research as well as business intelligence projects including project communication and follow-up actions

• Identify and leverage customer insights, trends and foresights as well as competitor insights, enabling data-driven commercial and product decisions

• Support and advise different internal stakeholders with customer and market insights and deliver effective decision-making input to your colleagues - from start up to conclusions and recommendations

• Leverage multiple sources to create a deep category and customer understanding

• Create learning loops and best practice sharing within the organization to maximize the impact of our insight's generation

• Develop a yearly plan for global and market specific data and information collection based on business needs and strategic initiatives

• Bring in your experiences and ideas to further develop our market insights and business intelligence approach across the company

Ihr Profil

• Degree within marketing or business and 5 years' experience working with customer and market insights and / or market research

• Experience from commercially driven work environment and display of solid analytical and business mindset

• Understanding of the global construction markets is a plus

• Result-oriented, proactive working style paired with a solutions-driven mindset

• Good communication & presentation skills; Writing good storylines, visualizing and presenting results in a compelling way

• Strong analytical toolbox, incl. Excel at advanced level and basic knowledge of Power BI and/or other business intelligence front ends

• Team player, who naturally builds strong relationships across functional teams

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - German could be a plus
