Ihre Aufgaben
Do you want to be a part of an organization with two of the strongest coffee brands in Baltics? We represent two famous coffee brands Merrild and Lavazza, where Lavazza is Italy's premium coffee no. 1. Company is in very positive development and looking for a Customer Service Coordinator. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and the position will be in our Riga office.
Your area of responsibility You will be coordinating the product flow, secure accuracy, and customer service between our service provider UAB Sanitex and retail customers across Baltics. You will also be the key person and process owner representing interest of Lavazza towards retail customers. You will control and make sure that we achieve the agreed KPI's for the service provider. In addition, you will also be responsible for different administrative duties to support sales process.
Specific tasks

Ensure quality of the service provider to Baltics customers

Daily follow up on orders from customers

Help and coordinating in solving issues (delivery, invoicing, product quality issues etc.)

Maintain agreement database (register and physical)

Customer care to the end consumer, quality claims, delivery issues other challenges

Handling penalties from customers

Warehousing of POS materials

Follow up and control prices updated by sales in line with pricing process and approval procedures

Full control of stickering process in UAB Sanitex warehouse

Be a main contact person in communication with Lavazza regarding quality and parallel import cases

Preparation of various reports, administrative support in the NPD process for the sales team and service provider

Handling A Modo Mio customers in connection with warranty, exchange and spare parts

Supply chain backup function
Ihr Profil

Experience in supply chain or/and customer service, with minimum 2 years of experience

A university degree

Good spoken and written English skills

Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills

Experience in working with FMCG and SAP will be an additional advantage
