Leading the purchasing processes by providing the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery, technology and sustainability in accordance with centrally defined guidelines.

Work closely with team members and related departments regarding all activities related to contract management process.

Analyzing offers commercially, order placement, managing purchasing processes in order to meet annual purchasing goals.

Analyzing scope of vendor contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing recommendations to prepare and complete contract negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate),

Undertake supplier management (selection/qualification, evaluation, auditing, development)

Preparing, negotiating, managing, monitoring, and executing contracts such as NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Reseller/ teaming Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, etc.

Standardization of contract templates, and building a framework of contract annexes, drafting requirements to be fulfilled and revise where necessary.

Tracking vendor performance and company's contractual liabilities, manage claim and dispute resolutions with customers/vendors.
Ihr Profil

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Aviation or other related field.

Min.5 years of experience in Technology Procurement, working knowledge of IT procurement practices.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in contract preparation/ negotiations/ management/ and tender process in international and/or domestic projects.

Proficiency in English, Advanced in writing, contract management and speaking.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
