Technology Contract Management Executive

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leading the purchasing processes by providing the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery, technology and sustainability in accordance with centrally defined guidelines.

• Work closely with team members and related departments regarding all activities related to contract management process.

• Analyzing offers commercially, order placement, managing purchasing processes in order to meet annual purchasing goals.

• Analyzing scope of vendor contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing recommendations to prepare and complete contract negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate),

• Undertake supplier management (selection/qualification, evaluation, auditing, development)

• Preparing, negotiating, managing, monitoring, and executing contracts such as NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Reseller/ teaming Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, etc.

• Standardization of contract templates, and building a framework of contract annexes, drafting requirements to be fulfilled and revise where necessary.

• Tracking vendor performance and company's contractual liabilities, manage claim and dispute resolutions with customers/vendors.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Aviation or other related field.

• Min.5 years of experience in Technology Procurement, working knowledge of IT procurement practices.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in contract preparation/ negotiations/ management/ and tender process in international and/or domestic projects.

• Proficiency in English, Advanced in writing, contract management and speaking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
