Ihre Aufgaben

• Leading complex, international development projects in the field of production technologies and expansion for vacuum capacitors

• Assistance in projects for the implementation of innovative production concepts (technology roadmap)

• Leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams (specialists from Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, R&D and Production, etc.)

• Result-oriented planning and proactive control of projects with regard to goals, deadlines, costs and quality

• Organization and execution of project milestones to decision-making bodies as well as project reviews

• Coordinating and ensuring communication within the team, as well as internal and external entities

Ihr Profil

• Basic technical training with a degree (HF, FH or higher) in mechanical engineering and/or electronics engineering

• Several years of experience in project management in an industrial production environment

• Several years of experience in managing more complex projects and/or in a multi-project environment

• Project management certification

• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
