Ihre Aufgaben


We are looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer (NPI) to develop and implement manufacturing processes required to manufacture a high-quality product in a repeatable and cost-effective manner. You will be providing technical support to R&D and Production in Process development of New Production Introduction and forefront development.

What you will be responsible for:

Technical Documentation:

  • Compile technical reports from prototypes and engineering evaluation

  • Create and update assembly work instructions/drawings

  • Creates, edits, and maintains necessary documentation ensure compliance with ISO or industry standards & procedures

  • Develop Manufacturing Procedures, Quality Control Plans & Measurement, Corrective actions plans, and Preventive Action etc.

    Engineering Support to R&D and Manufacturing

  • Apply material knowledge, PCBA assembly, tooling fabrication and provide technical support on new product and process improvements during their manufacturing lifecycle

  • Develop and support new forefront, PFMEA, control plan, manufacturing processes and products with R&D and support reliability tests

  • Need to be trained in machines and produce prototype samples according requirement

  • Design jig and fixture for new product manufacturing

  • Evaluates, documents, implements, and monitors processes and machines required for the printed circuit boards assembly (PCBA) and full assembly (Box build)

  • Liaise with equipment vendors for trial and evaluation

  • Lead discussion and work closely with production and support teams to manage workflow

  • Provide training to operatives.



Ihr Profil


  • Experience in Manufacturing / Semiconductor environment

  • Experience on SMT manufacturing processes (primary), and box build assembly(secondary) as well as an understanding in process designing and new product introduction (development and qualification).

  • Knowledge in DOE and FMEA.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software programs (AutoCAD, CREO or other CAD programs like solidworks)

  • Able to do use microscope and able do visual inspection

  • Inquisitive mind, self-driven, likes active engagement and practical learning
