Our Reward Team are searching for a reward specialist to join our amazing organisation. In this role, you'll be working with the broader Reward team to provide reward guidance across the business, while taking ownership and responsibility for the delivery of various reward projects. This is significant opportunity to work in a successful top 20 ASX listed company that is undergoing significant growth, with exposure to global reward program. Reporting to the Head of Reward, the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Managing day-to-day reward activities. - Leading projects to improve delivery efficiency and program improvement. - Evaluate, analyse, and communicate our Reward offerings as we grow and align our businesses. - Work with the team to manage cyclical processes across the organisation such as salary survey. completion, remuneration reviews and equity grants. - Lead the reward aspects of specific M&A activities. We operate a hybrid working environment. Given our global workforce, there may be a requirement for out of hours work due to time zone differences.

As a motivated self-starter and critical thinker who is committed to continuous improvement, you'll be joining a like-minded team who delivers excellence. Your understanding and practical experience in providing advice, negotiation, and facilitation will be pivotal in this position. You'll bring to this role: - Proven previous experience in a similar Rewards Partner role or in a consulting role focused on Performance and Rewards matters. - Strong understanding of benchmarking methodologies; Aon JobLink, Mercer IPE or Radford would be highly advantageous. - Reward transformation projects and implementation experience. - Comfort dealing across all levels of the organisation. - Ability to succeed in a changing environment where activity may shift based on adjusted priorities. - Robust working knowledge of advanced Excel features is essential.
