Ihre Aufgaben
We are looking for a coordinator to manage HSEQ performance in our Blades division and to support relevant BU in HSEQ area as well.,

Support the Blades projects with health, safety, environment, and quality topics.

Participation in weekly meetings with the project teams.

Creation and follow up on project documentation such as Risk Assessment and Method Statements.

Chemical risk assessment of blade repair operations.
-
Evaluation of PPE based on the use of hazardous materials.
-
Support assessment and evaluation of the hazardous materials for blade repair works.
-
Support to the GWS Academy for blade repair trainings with questions regarding hazardous material and substances.

Review of Safety Data Sheets and development of workplace user instructions.

Incident investigation.
Ihr Profil
-
Previous work experience in HSEQ roles (ideally: wind industry, admissible: oil & gas, manufactures)
-
Bachelor (or relevant) degree in field of safety
- chemistry (chemical engineering preferable)

Additional background in chemistry i.e. experience in epoxy processing
-
Certificates: NEBOSH/ IOSH; internal auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001); GWO BST & BTT
-
Technical knowledge about the wind turbines installation and blades works will be an additional asset
-
Self-drive to work, full commitment to proactively seek and share information, keeping yourself updated during the project

Curiousness and willingness to constantly improve HSEQ area (incl. your own actions)

Team work, time management and monitoring of own workload
