Ihre Aufgaben

• Set-up of automatic production lines and assembly machines incl. the adjustment and optimization of the associated programs

• Troubleshooting of machines and tools

• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning of equipment, tools, etc.

• Ensuring a high level of plant availability and capacity utilization

• Monitoring of the article quality, documentation of the process data and series-accompanying examination of the current production, making readjustments if necessary.

Ihr Profil

• Training in a metalworking profession, ideally industrial, production, precision engineering or as a mechatronics technician with professional experience

• Knowledge and experience in the field of automation technology (robots, image processing, sensor technology) would be desirable.

• Ability to work independently and good understanding of complex technical processes

• Willingness to work in 3-shift system

• Knowledge of data entry into IT systems

• Satisfactory knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken, in order to implement the specifications of the relevant procedural and work instructions in the area of responsibility
