Ihre Aufgaben

The Data Analyst identifies current transactional trends and customer patterns through by analyzing high data volumes coming from various sources (internal and external). Data Analyst identifies data trends, effectiveness of applied logic in fraud systems, finding opportunities to increase efficiency of used fraud tools and solutions and to provide necessary information to stakeholders in decision making process. This job supports experiments with different scenarios to find an optimal setting for the fraud system. At this position Data Analysts supports creation of effective solutions for providing timely and accurate information to Risk Team Stakeholders (KPIs, ad hoc analysis). This include also support in various projects supporting automation. This job helps monitor and evaluate data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements.,

• Creating reports/analysis using multiple data sources,

• Design and develop advanced dashboards using various technologies (e.g. Tableau/Power BI)

• Conducting data analysis to identify patterns, trends, anomalies issues on big relational data sets

• Assure proper data quality used for the analysis and provided reports,

• Drive automation and improvements of current reporting process using available tools

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, turn analysis output into actionable information,

• Communicate data analytics results and preliminary hypotheses

• Nonstandard thinking, openness, curiosity in data mining and analytics.

Ihr Profil

• Have a bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, or related field).

• 2+ years of experience building reports and visualization,

• Proficiency in big and complex data sets analysis,

• English level B1 or higher,

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills,

• Experience with data visualization and related tools (e.g., Tableau, Kibana).

• Experience in preparing recommendations

• Ability to learn and work independently with new technologies

• Good interpersonal skills

• Proactivity in finding solutions for complex business problems,

• Ability to work alone as well as within team

• High degree of ownership

• Eager to learn.
