Field Service Technician

Ihre Aufgaben

• Managing Field service operatives.

• Day to day Scheduling and planning of the Field Service Operatives PPM's and reactive works.

• Work closely with the Service Operations Manager with the organisation & management of all Health & Safety aspects of the business taking an active role in assisting the improvement of standards throughout the business with safety related matters.

• Assisting Project Management team with planning, procurement and execution of a project.

• Providing remote or occasional On-site technical Product support. Making sure customer issues are satisfactorily resolved and dealt with in a timely manner.

• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring co-ordination from other departments.

• Organising contractor site visits.

• Administrative duties.

• Auditing of operatives.

• Ability to Provide phone support and remote diagnostics for various clients sites.

• Troubleshoot equipment located at customer sites.

• Strong understanding of IT related subjects, downloading data, reading data, accessing portals, configuring software, locating IP addresses etc.

Ihr Profil

• Previous managerial experience preferably for 3+ years within a similar type role.

• IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate.

• Desirable electrical background such as City and Guilds 2330/2360 NVQ level 3 and Testing and inspecting qualification equivalent to City and Guilds 2391 or 2394 & 2395 alongside 17/18th edition. University taught in a related subject will be considered also.

• Clean driving licence.

• Strong IT skills word/excel.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to converse effectively with clients/site owners/investors.

• Clean UK driving licence.

• Ability to read electrical schematics circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams.

• Strong understanding of IT related subjects, downloading data, reading data, accessing portals, configuring software, locating IP addresses etc.
