Tasks during the apprenticeship:

• Learning the basics of online -Trade and e-commerce

• Support in maintaining and updating the online shop

• Help with online marketing measures

• Getting to know the ordering and payment process

• Support in customer service and with customer inquiries

• Introduction to the analysis of sales figures and website traffic

• Participation in the planning of sales strategies

Ihr Profil

• High school diploma or higher

• Basic computer skills and interest in e-commerce

• Good knowledge of spoken and written German

• Communication skills and team spirit

• Motivation and willingness to learn

• Customer-oriented thinking and acting,

• You have experience in the area of warehousing

• You are flexible and able to work in a team

• You are creative and innovative
