Reporting directly to the Head, the role of Bursar is one of the most important positions in the Corporation, which comprises King's College Senior School and Junior School, the pre-prep Wimbledon Common Prep School and the trading subsidiaries - KCSW International (overseas schools) and KCS Enterprises (sports club and premises letting).

Ihre Aufgaben

King's now seeks a Bursar to provide strong and forward-looking financial and operational leadership. Reporting to the Head, the appointee will ensure that King's continues to have robust finances and outstanding support services as well as anticipating and preparing for the future needs of the School. As a key contributor to whole school decision-making, the new Bursar will serve on key executive leadership committees.

Ihr Profil

The successful candidate will be a collaborative and flexible leader, possessing the organisational abilities and interpersonal skills to lead a high level of strategic and operational delivery in a complex environment. They will be familiar with business priorities in organisations of relevant complexity, have proven managerial capabilities, and deep empathy with the values and ethos of the School. Financial qualifications are desirable but not essential. King's welcomes applications from school, commercial, non-profit and public sector settings.
