Ihre Aufgaben

• Accompanying the projects on the logistics side from RFQ to 6 months after SOP

• Support function for the RFQ phases, review of customer requirements with regard to logistics, creation of the conformity matrix to the specifications

• Regular coordination with the project management as well as contact with all departments involved in the project

• Processing of logistics-relevant RFQ documents

• Interface between the Erdweg site (development centre) and Kosice, Slovakia (production site)

• Organisation of packaging and delivery, customer and supplier contact

• Handling of processes in logistics portals

• Monitoring of stock of raw and finished parts of project materials, inventories

Ihr Profil

• Studies in the field of Engineering

• Interest in logistical processes

• Organizational talent and very good communication skills

• High motivation and desire to work in intercultural teams

• Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
