Ihre Aufgaben

• Supplier management in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949

• Participation in the analysis of problems reported by the production, supporting with definition of improvement actions

• Verification of the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by the supplier

• Monitoring the current quality level of delivered components and initiate necessary corrective actions

• Local activities directly at production plants of supplier, sub-supplier and tool maker

• Analysis and status check of tools and production devices

• Progress tracking of project activities at supplier, sub-supplier and tool maker

• Technical / logistic support for capacity management, tool transfers, scraps and insolvencies

• Readiness to travel in Europe

Ihr Profil

We are looking for a motivated and flexible team member for our Quality team with first automotive experience to grow with our local team, or already experienced engineers or technicians looking for new challenges.,

• Mechanical higher education/ Engineer degree

• Profound knowledge in the field of quality management or experiences as auditor

• Years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing company, preferably in automotive industry

• High experiences in the collaboration with international project teams.

• Far-reaching industry and production knowledge

• Knowledge required in one of the areas outlined: interior, exterior, powertrain, heating and cooling systems, painting process know-how on A-Class surfaces, plastic injection, metal casting and extruded

• Leadership and networking skills

• Practical knowledge in SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SAP

  Linguistic skills:

• English - advanced writing and speaking knowledge

• German - good writing and speaking knowledge

• Italian is considers as a plus

  Personal qualifications:

• Strong assertiveness

• Technical solution-oriented understanding

• Communication and team skills

• A well-organized personality
