Ihre Aufgaben
This temporary role to support our business with logistics/inventory of BDSI stock. Ensuring necessary actions to assure a proper process flow to meet the company goals and customer's requirements. Monitor, drive and lead daily activities relating to logistics function. Support actions to attain department and company goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete relevant documentation.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure proper routing and documentation is in place.

Places parts in proper storage bin location after identifying and verifying part numbers upon receipt.

Update excel spreadsheet to capture all receiving data and GST

Uses hand scanner and PC for receiving and put-away function

Picking and filling orders.

Print and batch pick tickets and prepare warehouse pull and return

Carryout daily cycle counting of inventory

Matches paperwork prepares orders for billing/shipping

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Ihr Profil
-
1-2 years of related work experience
-
Previous experience with an ERP system (preferred SAP)

Must be proficient in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)

Warehouse, shipping and receiving or freight forwarding experience

Knowledge of transportation and shipping procedures

Experience in operating material handling equipment

Ability to work independently under limited supervision with attention to detail, accuracy, documentation and follow through

Capable in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
