Ihre Aufgaben

• Design visually appealing and compelling thumbnails for our YouTube videos. Create thumbnails that accurately represent the video

• Understand our target audience and create thumbnails that resonate with their preferences and interests.

• Maintain a consistent visual style for our thumbnails to reinforce our brand identity and make our content easily recognizable.

• Collaborate closely with our content creators and editors to ensure that thumbnails align with the video

• Stay updated on trends and best practices in YouTube thumbnail design to Analyze the performance of thumbnails and adapt your designs based on data and audience feedback.

• Ensure the technical quality and compliance of thumbnails with YouTube

• Conduct Thumbnail A/B tests and analyse data to create the best performing thumbnails.

Ihr Profil

• Proven experience as a Thumbnail Artist or Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

• Strong visual storytelling skills and a creative eye.

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team.

• Understanding of YouTube

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Be able to conduct tests, analyze data and make decisions based on it.
